Domestic and Family Violence and Disability Capability Assessment Tools (DDCAT) Register Your Interest

What Is This Project About?

Queenslanders with Disability Network (QDN), DVConnect and Ethicol have partnered to undertake a co-design project with people with disability impacted by domestic and family violence, along with people who work in or alongside the disability and/or domestic and family violence sectors, inclusive of shelters, services, Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations, Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisations and embedded or specialist workers across Queensland.

The purpose of this project is to co-design a Capability Assessment Tool which accurately and effectively measures the capability of people working in the DFV or disability sectors to appropriately meet the needs of people with disability, impacted by DFV.

Your completion of this form is voluntary and confidential.

Thank you for registering your interest to join our co-design project. We are inviting you to join a project where we will co-design a tool that will be used by people who work in disability services and domestic and family violence services. The tool will reveal what resources, training or guides these workers need. This will help them better support people with disability who have been affected by domestic and family violence.

Please fill out the following details and a member of our team will contact you if and when it is safe to do so.

If you need assistance to fill in this form, please call QDN on 1300 363 783.
