Better Care Together (BCT) is Queensland Health’s five-year plan for state-funded mental health, alcohol and other drug services. Queensland Health has engaged Ethicol to complete an independent, system level evaluation focussing on implementation, progress and outcomes.
We want to hear from:
People 18 years and over who have had contact with Queensland public mental health alcohol and other drugs services and carers and family members or support people, anytime since 2024
People who work in Queensland’s state-funded mental health alcohol and other drugs services
Service providers who deliver BCT funded services on behalf of Queensland Health or a HHS (eg. NGOs).
Do I have to participate?
No, this is completely voluntary. If you choose to participate, you can stop or withdraw at any time. To withdraw from the project please email us at bcteval@ethicol.com.au
Privacy
All information you share is confidential and will only be used for the evaluation of Better Care Together.
Data will be stored securely and accessed only by authorised personnel from the evaluation team. Your personal information will be destroyed when the project finishes. Your personal information is protected by the Privacy Act 1988.
